1. What this is

Sentinel Security is a scheduling and coordination app operated by Christ Covenant Church. Apple Operations Group LLC provides security operations and coordination services to churches and their security ministries; the app is used to coordinate the security teams it serves and is restricted to volunteers and staff the security team has approved. Any SMS text messages sent through Sentinel Security are sent by Christ Covenant Church.

2. Who can use it

You need a church-issued invitation or admin-created account to use the app. By signing in you agree that the information you provide is true and that you will comply with the church's security team policies.

3. What we store

We store the information you submit through the application form and that an admin records on your behalf — contact details, roles, service signups, qualification records, chat messages, attendance, incident notes, and push subscriptions. See our privacy policy for how this is used.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • Only sign up for shifts you intend to serve.
  • Treat chat, incident reports, and member data as confidential to the security team.
  • Notify your campus lead if any compliance info (background check, firearm qualification, training) changes.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, the security team operator may send you SMS text messages for scheduling and operational coordination (availability requests, shift reminders, weekly schedules, and urgent team broadcasts). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of participation. 6. Removal

Church leadership may deny, suspend, or remove your access at any time. Your data is retained for church record-keeping purposes.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. It's a coordination tool — physical security decisions remain the responsibility of the church and its team leads.
